Berry Recruitment Darlington Branch are currently looking for a temporary ongoing Chef for one of our schools in Newton Aycliffe.
The working hours are 7.30am-2.30pm , working Monday-Friday on an ongoing basis. The role is to start immediately.
Pay rate - £15.93 per hour, paid weekly in arrears PAYE.
Your role will include -
- Ordering food
- Monitoring and managing supplies within a budget
- Developing relationships with food suppliers
- Liaising with site manager
- Complying with food safety legislation
Skills and experience you will need -
- Enhanced DBS check is required
- Level 2 food hygiene
- Excellent communication skills
- Good standards of hygiene
- Organised and methodical
- Experience of catering
