The Company:A well-established manufacturer and distributor with both domestic and international clients.

Main duties:To deliver outstanding customer service, sales and marketing support to develop the European market.

The Role:- To maintain records of existing clients, ensuring all information is up to date- To be responsible for creating new accounts in the system- To actively support the sales team in generating sales leads- To reach out to potential customers in order to collect information for marketing purposes- To provide assistance to customers with their enquiries regarding orders, invoices, products, and pricing through both phone and email communication- To manage orders and provide updates regarding deliveries- To prepare export documentation- To carry out general administrative tasks on a daily basis

The Candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential- Knowledge of German language would be a strong advantage - Previous experience within Export Sales, Order processing or Sales Support is required- Excellent administration and communication skills- High level of commercial awareness- Computer literate (MS Office), CRM and ERP system knowledge

The salary: Up to £31,000 per annum
