- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or SEMH needs
- Be resilient, patient, and adaptable to meet the needs of students
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
- Work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
- Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Show a commitment to student success and the wider school community
- Possess good English and Mathematics skills
- Team Teach training is desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
