Working Pattern:4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6pm to 6am or 7pm to 7am
Our client is looking for an experienced customer service advisor to join the service desk team based in the Newton-Le-Willows office. The role is covering the night shift between the hours of 6pm & 6am or 7pm & 7am, monitoring the security shift patterns ensuring they book on and off of shifts.
Duties:
- Dealing with inbound enquiries from customers
- Monitoring security shift
- Ensuring security book on and off their shifts
- Covering any absences on prebook shifts
- Dealing with out of hours alarm notifications
- Despatching drivers to attend sites where alarm notifications have been received to resolve
- Ensuring all information is recorded on the in-house system
Skills Required:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Mircosoft office
- Computer literate
- Ideally contact centre background but not essential
