As the Finance Business Partner responsible for all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will provide the rigour, insight and leadership required to drive continual and meaningful change. The business operates successfully across two sectors and holds its own very well against a number of large, competing enterprises. This is down to excellent customer service, continually challenging their own operating model and employing astute and commercial people across key positions. You will be at the core of this and your repsonsibility will be to continue a pattern of growth in the top and bottom lines. You will provide meaningful commercial advice and thrive in scenarios where you can drive change, which at times may not be the established view within wider operations. How you develop relationships, understand the business and propose commercially astute advice are aspects that will test you on a daily basis.Reporting into an established and insightful Finance Director and counting a number of senior figures withn the business as your stakeholders, you will see this role as a move into a more operational setting, sitting as much within the operation as you do finance. You will be a Qualified Accountant with a belief in strong controls and processes and the confidence to articulate your ideas concisely and effectively.Newton-le-Willows head office, with travel to sites and regions as required. Up to £60k plus car (or allowance) and bonus.
