We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a versatile role that combines sales support, marketing assistance, and administrative duties. Both full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Answer the office phone calls and direct calls.

Provide sales support and PA duties to the Managing Director

Utilise Microsoft Office and other company software for various administrative tasks.

Cleanse and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Create brochures and marketing materials using Canva, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager (training provided if needed).

Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

Support with social media campaigns, again supported by the Marketing Manager.

Organise and maintain data within our CRM systems.

Support senior leaders with email correspondence, appointments, and diary management.

Take notes at meetings and assist during presentations.

Assist in marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Maintain the office environment.

Person Specification:

Essential:

Some experience working in an administrative or digital marketing role would be preferred.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Desirable:

Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Familiar with CRM systems and digital tools.
