HR & Payroll Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional with strong payroll expertise? We're looking for an HR & Payroll Advisor to join our market leading client, where you'll split your time 50/50 between HR and payroll responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic business, ensuring smooth HR processes and accurate payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

  • Support with employee relations, absence management, and performance reviews
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy implementation
  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation

Payroll Duties:

  • Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handle payroll queries and liaise with external payroll providers (if applicable)
  • Manage benefits, pensions, and statutory payments
  • Ensure payroll is aligned with HR policies and legal requirements
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in both HR and payroll (50/50 split)Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll legislationCIPD Level 3 or above (preferred)Experience using HR and payroll systemsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
