The role of the Project Manager - Civils & Groundworks will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a range groundworks for the modular building market sector
- Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks
- Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time
- Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation
- Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems
- Project sizes can vary from £50,000 to £1,500,000
The ideal applicant will be Project Manager - Civils & Groundworks with:
- Must have 3+ years project management experience dealing with groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering or modular construction
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow with the company
- Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
