We are excited to offer the opportunity to join a prestigious manufacturing company as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role is crucial in being the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, whether face-to-face, via telephone, or email. You will manage daily orders and customer queries, ensuring a professional and courteous relationship is maintained at all times.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and enter daily orders, sending them to the warehouse for dispatch.
  • Handle customer order queries and follow up according to the set KPIs.
  • Manage, update and communicate delivery schedules to all relevant customers.
  • Log customer queries into the system and manage the processing of all sampling badges.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations for the sale of goods 
  • Compile and maintain records and documents as directed
  • Perform general administrative duties and support other team members within your role.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to navigate and use company-specific systems effectively.
