Key NPD Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of NPD & EPD projects
  • Lead weekly project meetings
  • Working cross-functionally with innovation, technical, supply chain, artwork, sales & marketing
  • Plan resources to deliver the projects
  • Highlight bottlenecks and share options for solutions
  • Act as primary liaison with internal stakeholders
  • Champion best practice project management standards and processes
  • Leading monthly gate meetings with leadership team
  • Manage the trial plan
  • Lead the introduction and maintenance of processes internally

  • Strong background in project management within FMCG
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Good IT Skills - Microsoft Office
  • Dynamic and relentlessly optimistic
  • Hands on and driven individual, not shy of self-motivation
  • Able to think strategically and adapt to change and uncertainty
