My client is looking for a Handyperson to carry out planned and reactive maintenance in the Loughborough area.
Responsibilities:
Flushing of low used outlets and monthly tap temperature checks
shower head descales on all the eye wash stations
Weekly Fire alarm testing
Plant room inspection of AHU’s and Pumps
Movement of belts in the plant room to avoid flat spots
And then there is just general day to day reactive works like repairing lights, fixing carpet tiles and looking at other tasks that come up.
The role is until December and is paying £13.95 per hour PAYE or £17.66 per hour Umbrella.
Previous experience as a Maintenance Handyperson in commercial buildings is essential. You must have level 2 award in Legionella awareness
