I am working with a client in Normanton to recruit two administrators. This role combines administrative duties with planning responsibilities, ensuring smooth internal operations and effective task management.Key Responsibilities:Administrator:
- Manipulate and manage various systems.
- Challenge and process invoices.
- Input and maintain accurate data records.
Temporary Planner:
- Coordinate the internal delivery of tasks.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of their work.
- Oversee facilities management tasks, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a background similar to Cain Walsh.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in data input and system management.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
