Salary: Circa. £27,000 +Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
