Skills and experience
- Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position within a professional kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, food safety standards, and culinary trends.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- A passion for hospitality and providing an outstanding dining experience for guests.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
This role would suit someone with previous Sous Chef, Chef de Partie or Head Chef experience.
The site is commutable (with your own transport) from Norwich, Fakenham, Dereham, Kings Lynn and surrounding areas.
