Responsibilities:

Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and educational activities.

Provide individual and small group support to students, adapting to their learning needs.

Assist with classroom management and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Help with the preparation of teaching resources and activities.

Encourage students' engagement, confidence, and development.

Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them achieve their potential.

Assist with the general care and welfare of students, ensuring their safety at all times.

Requirements:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, or a strong desire to work in education.

A positive attitude with the ability to engage and motivate children.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Previous experience working with children, whether in a voluntary or paid capacity, is desirable.

A DBS check or the willingness to undertake one.
