Candidates should have a City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating, previous experience in social housing maintenance, and a full UK driving license.
Asbestos awareness is also required for this role.

I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local North Shields based council.

The successful candidate will carry out painting in void council properties to a high standard. Work will include full wall repaints as well as touch up painting.

The Painter will receive:

17 P/H Umbrella or CIS
Guaranteed long-term work

The successful candidate will be expected to complete:

Painting in council properties to a high standard
8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday

City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating
Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
Full UK Driving License
