The ideal candidate for this position will have a grounding of experience in a good independent cafe or restaurant setting but for us enthusiasm and passion for food trumps experience.
What the job requires:
- Producing food to a consistent high quality quickly and efficiently even under pressure
- Working under a head chef and effectively as part of a team
- Maintaining paperwork where needed for daily checks and temperature records
- Ordering in the absence of the head chef
