The Role
- Working with a diverse range of customers.
- Driving orders and sales growth from current customer base.
- Maximising revenue from the current clients.
- Acting as an extension of the customer’s brands, understanding their unique needs.
- Guiding customers on their requirements.
- Working closely with the sales team and wider departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Will be static site based.
The Person
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy work load.
- Ability to lead generate through the use of platforms and make pro-active phone calls to new customers.
- Proficient numerical skills and ability to demonstrate job costing and pricing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM.
