Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting OsecoElfab, a global manufacturer of customised rupture discs and explosion vents with their search for a Technical Sales Administrator.
Overall Purpose:
- Provide timely and accurate order entry information to appropriate OsecoElfab departments to ensure customer satisfaction with regards to required product and delivery specifications.
- Direct interaction with new and existing customers and representatives through inbound and outbound calls to ensure quality customer service by providing technical information, pricing, and availability.
Key Duties:
- Input orders to the ERP (Dynamics 365) system in a timely manner.
- Dealing with customer emails and calls facilitating sales order processing.
- Resolve customer and representative issues with stuck orders.
- Ensure that purchase orders received are correct and match any quotation sent.
- Handling inbound customer and representative sales calls.
- Liaise with customers and the finance department to obtain required missing information to process orders.
- Basic RMA/Handoff and customer complaint administration.
- Order inbox triage.
- New customer set up.
- Use of the Part Configurator.
- Liaise across internal departments to ensure customers' needs are met.
- Support the external sales function.
- Support the wider team functions and carry out other tasks where required.
- Improve processes to increase operational excellence within the Technical Sales arena.
- Act as liaison between customers and other OsecoElfab departments, ensuring accurate and timely relay of information to achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

- Desirable but not essential - knowledge of a CRM system and business system e.g. SAP, Epicor, Oracle, Dynamics 365.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience of working with IT systems.
- Experience of customer focused activities.
The Package:
- 26,000 - 28,000 per annum.
- Day shift role, Monday-Friday(Office based).
