PRODUCTION OPERATIVE
Based near Southampton Airport
12.00 p/h (Overtime also available up to 24 per hour)
Monday to Friday - 8am to 4pm
Opportunity to go from Temporary to Permanent
Gi Group have a great opportunity to work for an established client who is looking to grow their team.
The role will require you to:
* Work effectively as a team member to provide assembly assistance to the production line
* Follow batch orders and monitor work practices to ensure that the product is produced to agreed specifications
* Ensure workflow is done in date order
* Ensure continuous production is maintained where possible
* Operate equipment and machinery in a safe manner
* Adhere to quality procedures as in process instructions and process records
* Work in accordance with Health & Safety procedures
Essential skills include:
* Good level of dexterity
* Attention to detail
* Understanding of work-based instructions
* Team player
* Computer literacy
* Flexibility
* Good Communication Skills
