CMA Recruitment Group are working with an established brand to recruit a Reward Manager to join the team on a permanent basis, based at their Southampton office in Hampshire.

Reporting to the HR Director this stand-alone role will be fundamental in shaping and delivering compensation strategies, employee benefits programs, and total reward frameworks.  As a key member of the team, the role will require in-depth market analysis, aligning reward strategies with both employee satisfaction and long-term organisational success.

What will Reward Manager role involve?

  • Reward policy management - design, maintenance and supervision of implementation across the business.
  • Company compensation and benefit management.
  • Monitor and review all benefits & reward packages to ensure they are industry leading & align to company culture & values.
  • Research and externally benchmarking and audit, risk, compliance & reporting management.
  • Annual Pay Review Process alongside leading the annual bonus process for senior managers.
  • Gender Pay Gap Reporting.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to ensure consistency and alignment of contractual benefits across all business areas.
  • Partner with Internal Communications to continually promote and educate employees about the benefits available to them.

Suitable Candidate for Reward Manager vacancy:

  • Reward, compensation and benefits experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of overall HR processes.
  • Confident communicator at all levels.
