CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively in partnership with a leading European sales and distribution company based in Southampton, specialising in delivering high-quality products across various sectors. They are a dynamic and rapidly growing business which is known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their people strategy forward.
The HR Manager role will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Whilst maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

What will the HR Manager role involve?

  • Develop and support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the business whilst nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned with market trends.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Manager vacancy:

  • CIPD qualified to Level 7 with proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR KPI’s and knowledge of HR Systems and Databases.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of Employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience of providing HR support to managers in Italy and Germany would be beneficial
