What You'll Be Doing:

  • Asset Care: Perform reactive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
  • Drive Efficiency: Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and problem-solving.
  • Plan & Improve: Execute planned maintenance, support continuous improvement projects, and lead operator asset care initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet business priorities and ensure smooth production.
  • Training & Development: Mentor and train colleagues, fostering a high-performing and skilled team.
  • Keep Standards High: Maintain a clean and organised workspace and ensure compliance with operational procedures and technical regulations.

What We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

  • Experience Matters: Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Knowledge of injection moulding is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Mechanical qualifications (national competence level) and electrical qualifications. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and process control is a plus.
  • Problem Solver: Proactive in fault finding and able to prioritise effectively to meet business needs.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
