This hybrid, Financial Services Administrator job in Northallerton is ideal for current Administrators working within Financial Services keen to join a growing company which has exciting plans ahead!

You would be providing financial planning administration support to their team of Financial Advisors, who provide holistic financial planning to clients. The business values the role you play and recognises your worth in helping the whole team to deliver a quality service.

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be focused on undertaking efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and chasing new business
  • Obtaining illustrations, projections and valuations
  • Answering and assisting with client queries
  • Accurately update and maintain information on their back office system
  • Prepare documents for suitability reports
  • Liaise with clients and providers
  • Prepare client meeting packs

Financial Services Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial services
  • Ideally, you should have good knowledge of financial planning processes, products and how a Financial Advisor operates
  • You should be motivated by the prospect of joining a growing business and the exciting change this brings
  • The business would be open minded to candidates with administration experience within other areas of financial services e.g. provider background, mortgages
