Are you a proactive and self-motivated professional seeking a new challenge? Our client, a growing business near Northallerton, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Project Manager, you’ll work with industry experts to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with designers to confirm specifications and provide accurate project details.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines using Smartsheets, Database, and HubSpot.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to track progress and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site surveys, attend meetings, and compile reports on dimensions, access restrictions, and installation requirements.
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure client payments are received before delivery.
  • Schedule and manage deliveries, updating internal systems accordingly.
  • Support the sales team with bespoke project pricing.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to improve processes and document lessons learned.
  • The individual must be willing to drive to various locations such as Bournemouth, London and Manchester.

Business Development

  • Assist in client visits and provide feedback to project coordinators.
  • Follow up on business development leads in collaboration with the sales team.
