This IFA Administrator job offering hybrid working in Northallerton is ideal for current Administrators within financial services keen to join a growing company which has exciting plans ahead!

You would be providing financial planning administration support to their team of Financial Advisors, who provide holistic financial planning to clients. The business values the role you play and recognises your worth in helping the whole team to deliver a quality service.

As an IFA Administrator, you will be focused on providing day-to-day support and servicing of their clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing proactive and dedicated assistance to their Financial Advisors
  • Managing the Financial Advisor's diaries and arranging client meetings
  • Contact clients by phone and email to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Preparing meeting packs and ensure they are ready for client appointments
  • Processing new business
  • Keying Illustrations, projections and valuations
  • Raise invoices where required, and ensure all remuneration records are correct, actively chasing Providers and Clients where remuneration is outstanding
  • To comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the Company
  • Action post in and out, sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and refer to appropriate adviser as and when applicable within acceptable time scales
  • Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients taking into consideration all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you

IFA Administrator Requirements

  • You should have experience as an Administrator supporting Financial Advisors
  • Ideally, you should have good knowledge of financial planning processes, products and how a Financial Advisor operates
  • You should be motivated by the prospect of joining a growing business and the exciting change this brings
  • You should be comfortable liaising with clients and providing efficient business processing

IFA Administrator Benefits

  • Salary of up to £29,000
