Depot managers are responsible for ensuring that sales, costing and controlled spending goals are achieved to enable the operating teams to meet customer demand, hit productivity targets and reach expected profit levels, working with the central Operations Team. Depot Managers will develop a high-performing, motivated, disciplined and positive team that is respected across the business.

  • Attracting and sustaining new business clients, as well as servicing the requirements of the existing customer base through the promotion of the Company’s full range of services.
  • Directing and working with the Business Development Managers to ensure a minimum of 80% utilisation and forward looking.
  • Sourcing new business opportunities and driving sales to promote the growth of the company and ensuring up to date/accurate Pipeline for the Depot.
  • Site visits and business-to-business interfacing to sell companies services that fit customer requirements and deliver the best possible outcomes.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that sales, costing and controlled spending goals are achieved to enable the operating teams to meet customer demand, hit productivity targets and reach expected profit levels.
