Responsiblities:

  • Ensure food safety, quality, and legislative standards are consistently met and maintained.
  • Become fully conversant with Quality Management Systems.
  • Identify non-conformances and work with managers to implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct hygiene, GMP, and traceability audits.
  • Assist in controlling non-conforming products.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and participate in product taste panels.

  • Days and nights - rotational shift basis
  • 4 on 4 off or 3 on 3 off

Pay:

  • £13 per hour (pay increase upon full training completion)
