Responsiblities:
- Ensure food safety, quality, and legislative standards are consistently met and maintained.
- Become fully conversant with Quality Management Systems.
- Identify non-conformances and work with managers to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct hygiene, GMP, and traceability audits.
- Assist in controlling non-conforming products.
- Maintain comprehensive records and participate in product taste panels.

Shifts:
- Days and nights - rotational shift basis
- 4 on 4 off or 3 on 3 off
Pay:
- £13 per hour (pay increase upon full training completion)
