To provide technical support and information to all departments while ensuring the site is always audit-ready. Responsibilities include conducting, coordinating, and reporting on internal audits such as Hygiene, GMP, and glass and hard plastic audits according to the schedule. Additionally, the role involves verifying CCPs through audits, carrying out taste panels to identify non-conforming products, and completing environmental swabbing and water sampling in adherence to the environmental monitoring schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to identify any deviations from quality standards.
  • Analyse data related to product quality and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including inspection results and compliance reports.
  • Support training initiatives for staff on quality assurance practices and HACCP principles.
  • Participate in the development and revision of quality assurance policies and procedures.
