- Oversee daily operations, managing warehouse and logistics to ensure efficiency.
- Develop and implement process policies and procedures for seamless departmental integration.
- Coordinate activities between the Installations Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Accounts.
- Enhance systems, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all organisational processes comply with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety guidelines in collaboration with the Health & Safety Manager.
- Monitor employee and team performance to drive productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
- Improve customer service quality and satisfaction through process enhancements.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain service operations to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
40 hours per week/ 1 hour lunch break
