Compliance & Planning Officer

My Prestige Northampton based Client is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Compliance & Planning Officer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you`ll ensure applicant provisions meet ESFA funding compliance standards, preparing student data for external audits, and supporting curriculum planning through data analysis and software management

You will:
" Develop and maintain processes for Adult and young person funding, ensuring audit readiness.
" Monitor and action funding reports, resolving errors to secure expected income.
" Lead compliance checks using ESFA software and ensure accurate documentation.
" Collaborate with Heads of Curriculum to input and analyse data within the 4 Cast software.
" Stay updated on funding regulations, providing training to relevant teams.
" Support the Head of MIS in preparing and analysing curriculum planning data.


The skills, experience and qualities of the ideal candidate would be:

Ability to present complex data and information in a user friendly format to others.
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Experience of interrogating and editing large scale databases.
Ability to work to multiple deadlines within varying time frames.
