Accounts Payable Assistant - Reed, Northampton
- Annual Salary: £22,500 plus benefits, free parking
- Location: Brackmills, Northampton
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

As part of the Accounts Payable Team, you'll perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient maintenance and processing of Accounts Payable and Limited Company transactions for Reed.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Auditing co-member expenses within Reed's policy guidelines
- Creating and processing Supplier, Managed Agency, Expenses, Property and Executive payments
- Checking and adding invoices to our PO system
- Creating new supplier records
- Checking and processing voucher requests
- Reconciling supplier statements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience of working in an Accounts Payable Team (desirable)
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated
- Able to produce accurate and timely information
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Good Excel knowledge and skills (desirable)
