#BelongWithUs Come and join us as a Project Management Administrator and be part of a hugely successful and friendly team.The Role: Although a bit of a cliche, as a Project Management Administrator, no two days will be the same and you’ll quickly find yourself getting involved with areas across the Project Management team. The Project Management Administrator will support Project Managers and the Head of Branch Development by coordinating activities across various projects. This role ensures seamless project execution and efficiency by maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, timelines and budgets.Monitor project progress and update the Project Tracker regularly.Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Maintain and organise project documentation, files and records.Communicate with team members, stakeholders and clients to relay project informationTrack project expenses and assist in budget management.Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager as needed.Help in preparing presentations, reports and other project-related documents.Support in resource allocation and management.Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure timely closure of projects from PACS (Project Accounting and Control System) to release funds from CE (Capital Expenditure) savings.Raise CE requests and follow up on approvals to facilitate project execution.Provide administrative and project support to the Head of FM & Branch Development, assisting with project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure alignment with strategic goalsProvide coverage and support for the team during holidays, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining project progress.This is a remote based role but you should be within commutable distance of our  offices in Crick, NorthamptonshireYou: You’ll live and breathe our colleague-first ethos, with a proactive and trustworthy approach.
