About Us:
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and friendly School Administrator to join a Primary School based in Northampton and help ensure the smooth operation of our school. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting both teaching staff and students, providing a welcoming atmosphere, and managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the school office
  • Manage school records and data entry, including student files and attendance
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences
  • Answer phones and respond to emails from staff, parents, and the community
  • Assist with communication between school administration, staff, and families
  • Coordinate with teachers to support their administrative needs
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient environment for students and staff
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by school leadership
