Service Coordinator Salary - £24,500 - £25,500 per annum DOE Location - Northampton – Office basedHours - Full-time, Monday – Friday 8AM – 4:30PMOur client is looking for a Service Coordinator to assist within the Breakdown Service Department, the main purpose of this role is the administration and coordination of all aspects of the service offered to our customers. The role includes scheduling reactive repairs covering the UK, assigning work to engineers, closing jobs and invoicing.Responsibilities include:• Assigning engineers for reactive Breakdowns across the UK.• Effectively and efficiently planning engineers daily work schedules.• Invoicing jobs and chasing after completion.• Managing Spreadsheets - proficient in using Microsoft 365.• Pricing visits before and after completion.• Tracking Warranty, Sales Remedials, Defect Investigations.• Request purchase orders for services when applicable.• Enter in service request orders using company software.The ideal candidate:• Educated to an above average standard in Maths & English• Evidence of computer literacy in Word and Excel• Evidence of previous scheduling experience preferred.• Ability to manage & multitask to a set time scales in a fast-paced environment.• Good Geographical knowledge of the UK• Use of IT Microsoft and Excel
