We have a new opportunity for a Build Technician/Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a market-leading organisation where you will be a part of small friendly and busy team.

Job role:

  • Experience in the assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies and components
  • Soldering, crimping, wiring , and cable assembly
  • Assist production with manufacture and test of products
  • Carry out calibration and quality control checks as required
  • Produce parts lists for assemblies
  • Ensure that all designs conform to the relevant standards
  • Use word processing and spreadsheet packages to produce assembly documentation
  • Calculate assembly methods and times, produce jigs and tooling to aid assembly work with other areas as required
  • Under supervision work on development of the company products

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
  • Electro-mechanical product assembly is essential
  • Soldering, wiring and cabling experience is essential
  • Calibration
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Flexible attitude towards work
  • Own Transport
