We have a new opportunity for a Build Technician/Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a market-leading organisation where you will be a part of small friendly and busy team.
Job role:
- Experience in the assembly of electro-mechanical assemblies and components
- Soldering, crimping, wiring , and cable assembly
- Assist production with manufacture and test of products
- Carry out calibration and quality control checks as required
- Produce parts lists for assemblies
- Ensure that all designs conform to the relevant standards
- Use word processing and spreadsheet packages to produce assembly documentation
- Calculate assembly methods and times, produce jigs and tooling to aid assembly work with other areas as required
- Under supervision work on development of the company products
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing/production environment
- Electro-mechanical product assembly is essential
- Soldering, wiring and cabling experience is essential
- Calibration
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a small team
- Flexible attitude towards work
- Own Transport
