HSE Recruitment is seeking a HSE Contractor for a 6-8 month contract with an engineering and manufacturing business.
The position is based in Northampton, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with a daily rate of £(Apply online only), inside IR35.
Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing and service organization, particularly with electrical/electronic components and equipment, along with a NEBOSH general certificate.
The role involves supporting day-to-day Health & Safety and Environmental management systems and mentoring the HSE Advisor on site.
Interested applicants should be available to start on April 14th and possess good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

YouwillsupportwiththeinthedaytodayrunningoftheHealth&SafetyandEnvironmentalmanagementsystems,andtoactasaprimarypointofcontact,handlingdaytodayissues,andescalatingwhererequired.TheHSEManagerisleavingandtheyneedextrasupporttoworkalongsidetheHSEAdvisoronsite.Thispersonwillbeexpectedtosupport,potentiallymentortheadvisorandprovidethemwithadviceandguidance.

WearelookingforanexperiencedH&Scontractwhowillprovidesupportandguidance,allowingtheAdvisortotaketheleadsotheycontinuedeveloping.Wearealsolookingfor:

Experienceinamanufacturingandserviceorganisation,particularlyinvolvingelectrical/electroniccomponentsandequipment.
NEBOSHgeneralcertificate.
Knowledgeandexperienceofsafetyand/orenvironmentalmanagementsystems.
Experienceofcreatingriskassessments&methodstatementsandconductingsafetyinspectionsofworkareas.
GoodskillsinMicrosoftWord,Excel,OutlookandPowerPoint.
