Our client based in Northampton is looking for plastic setters to join their expanding team, to night shifts (Apply online only) Monday-Friday,
Salary 33,400

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust plastic injection and blow molding machines for optimal performance.
- Change materials, monitor processes, and troubleshoot machine settings to ensure high-quality production.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and ensure equipment is running at peak efficiency.
- Work closely with production teams to meet output targets and quality standards.
- Ensure safety protocols and company standards are adhered to at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Plastic Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, and machine setup.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
