They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Architect to help the practice continue to grow.Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and oversee design plans, ensuring they meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and team members.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 7+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
