A Leading Main Contractor Northampton -based, recognised for excellence in innovation and collaboration is seeking to expand its dynamic team. We are looking for a Design Manager, or an ambitious Design Coordinator ready to step up, who is eager to develop their career within a thriving and forward-thinking business.

Salary range: 40 -65K plus packages this will be based on experience

Location: Northampton

Start date: Asap

Responsibilities:

Preconstruction:

Act as an integral part of the bid team, contributing to the development of tenders for projects you will subsequently manage.

Project Delivery:

Identify design opportunities and potential challenges, developing and coordinating effective solutions.

Team Coordination:

Lead and coordinate various project stakeholders to achieve optimal design outcomes for clients, the business, and the supply chain.

Process Management:

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Experience working for a main contractor (ideally high-rise major projects)
  • Proven track record in new build projects.
  • Exposure to a diverse range of sectors, including Industrial and luxury residential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
