Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst positions are available in the Leamington Spa, Northampton, Bedford, and Oxford area.
The salary ranges from £26,000 to £38,000, depending on the candidate's level of experience.
Candidates must have BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications or equivalent, along with proven experience with a UKAS-accredited company.
The role involves conducting various asbestos surveys, preparing detailed reports, and performing clearance inspections.
Strong commercial project experience is required, and additional asbestos qualifications are advantageous.

Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Leamington Spa, Northampton, Bedford and Oxford area.

Salary: £26,000 - £38,000 (Depending on Level)

Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst required to join a leading asbestos consultancy, specialising in projects predominantly within the commercial sector (90%), with additional work in the industrial (5%) and housing (5%) sectors.

The ideal candidate will live within the Leamington Spa, Northampton, Bedford and Oxford area.

Benefits

Performance bonus of £250 per month.

Overtime at 1.5x after 9.5 hours and for unsociable hours and weekends.

Work from home and manage your own work load- all necessary delivery and sample collection bags provided.

Comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:

Conducting Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Asbestos Surveys.

Preparing detailed survey reports and collecting air samples.

Undertaking four-stage clearance inspections and reoccupation tests.

Requirements:

BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications (or equivalent RSPH Level 3 qualifications).

Proven experience with a UKAS-accredited company.

Additional Asbestos qualifications (e.g., COCA) are highly advantageous.

Strong background in commercial projects; candidates must not have solely domestic experience.
