An opportunity is available for an Account Executive to join a vibrant and enthusiastic team. You will be responsible for ensuring existing relationships are renewed and long-term customer relationships are maintained.

THE ROLE

  • Build and maintain valuable client relationships
  • Process renewals and day-to-day enquiries with confidence
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities as you develop product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Gradually develop your own client portfolio with ongoing support

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident and detail-oriented approach
  • Genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal development to really utilise the fantastic training on offer
  • Insurance experience is a bonus but is not essential as full training is provided
