- Build and maintain relationships with customers and wholesalers by promoting and selling products per company policies and customer prioritisation.
- Promote and sell products in line with sales objectives and marketing strategies, contributing to targets.
- Share market information and provide reports on activities, results, opportunities, risks, and feedback.
- Process orders, respond to customer requests, and maintain accurate records on company systems/CRM.
- Develop a call plan based on the marketing department’s sales strategy and targets.
- Support the customer services line, handling product and service inquiries.
- Engage in regular product training and participate in sales meetings, product launches, and congresses.
- Accompany Territory Managers on field visits to understand the field sales team’s function and build relationships.
- Help achieve annual sales and profit objectives in line with company strategies and policies.
- Previous Sales experience.
- Prior experience in hitting KPI’s consistently.
- Must be computer literate, and competent in Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to use own initiative and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
- This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30 / 9 am – 5 / 5.30 pm.
