Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Sheet metal Operative to join our production team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and smooth finish of machined parts by removing any excess materials, burrs, and imperfections. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to our high standard of quality and enhance the overall functionality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Use manual tools and equipment to deburr, polish, and finish components to specifications
• Inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with machinists and quality control teams to address any imperfections
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Keep records of completed work and report any issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain high attention to detail
• Familiarity with deburring tools and equipment is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
