Impact Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative based in NN1 Northampton. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity working for a family run business specialising in the motorsport and aerospace industry.
The role involves working in their small site to support with the production of small metal components. You will be part of a strong knit team, where you'll receive full training.
Salary: 12.20 per hour increasing to 13.29 after full training
Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Location: Northampton NN1
Key Responsibilities:
- Working to set materials onto a machine
- Quality checking throughout the production process
- Moving parts along the production process
- Assembly of small metal components
- Packaging finished items into boxes
- Moving stock and managing inventory
- Following order sheets
- Supporting wider teams
- Working in a small team
Requirements:
- Experience working in a production role (preferred)
- Looking for long term ongoing work
- Must have good communication
- Able to lift parts onto a machine
- Strong attention to detail
