- Organise and manage all third-party contractors
- Carry out regular site inspections
- Complete basic maintenance tasks (replacing lights bulbs etc)
- Ensure all facilities/maintenance activities are recorded properly and documentation is kept up to date.
- Experience working within a similar facilities/maintenance/service coordination role
- Ability and willingness to gets hands on with basic facilities maintenance tasks
- Able to coordinate with external contractors and suppliers
