Operations Admin Manager We are delighted to be working exclusively with our client during a period of sustained growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Admin Manager to be responsible for one division of the business and offers the chance to build and develop your own team, systems and processes. You will be working closely with the Operations Director on various projects as well as the responsibilities laid out below:

  • Overseeing the day to day running of the department, supporting senior management and mentoring a small team.
  • Project/contract maintenance, ensuring that all information is on the system allowing for raising orders, sales invoicing and processing of purchase invoices.
  • Maintaining the system to ensure that all sub-contractor information, including rates, is up to date and accessible.
  • Ensuring legal compliance of contracts, sales, deliveries and site information.
  • Processing employee timesheets making sure they match online records and pass on to payroll.
  • Maintaining and keeping records up to date including site report sheets, waste transfer notes, method statements and risk assessments.
  • Assisting senior management by providing regular reporting relating to sales, margins, pricing etc.

This is a varied, fast paced role that offers the chance for personal development. You must have previous similar experience, excellent organisation, numeracy, attention to detail and communication skills. You should have team leadership/supervision experience and be pro-active in looking at ways to improve processes.
