This company offers software and hardware solutions to people and companies that have employees with special educational needs. You will be responsible for processing their orders and arranging deliveries, they will provide full training but you must feel comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to confirm orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
- Processing sales orders on time and accurately
- To complete quotations and send out to customers
- To communicate to customers the status and progress of their orders
- To process credit card payments
- To book customer orders for delivery.
- To make sure all customer emails are responded to in a timely fashion.
Skills and experience required:
- Good customer service skills.
- Accuracy is essential, to ensure orders are entered correctly.
- Patient, empathetic and understanding towards your customer's needs.
