Operations/Sales Administrator
Our client is a well-established organisation located in Northampton, experiencing significant growth and now looking for a superstar operations/sales administrator to join their operations team.This role requires someone who will be completely invested in providing first class customer service to all clients and offering a completer finisher quality to everything they approach.The role is office based and offers the opportunity to join a family feel environment, where the team work together to deliver the best customer experience.Key duties will include:
- Responding to account holder query emails, by investigating thoroughly through to successful conclusion
- Providing basic technical support
- Managing all email queries using ticketing system
- Supporting the processing of account holder applications
- Providing sales advice to new account applicants
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent relationship building skills
- A thorough approach, with the dedication to follow through on tasks/responsibilities
- First class written communication skills
- The ability to create response emails (no templates)
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent Word and Excel skills & administration skills
